About us At Heat, our love for good food and service is our greatest passion! We offer our guests well-prepared meals and a warm and personal approach. Our focus is on lunch buffets made from scratch in our own kitchens, but we also work with catering of all kinds for companies in our local areas. Our menus are centrally planned, and based on recipes, we can maintain Heat's quality and heart. We are currently located in Malmö, Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Gävle, Sandviken, Sundsvall, Östersund, and Umeå. About the position Being a restaurant employee with us means variety and at times a fast pace. You will meet our guests in the dining room, take care of our cold and hot buffets, and ensure they are tidy, replenished, and clean. Everyone in the team helps to give our guests their best moment of the day. The position is 50% daytime Mon-Fri, with the possibility of increasing to 75% in the future.

About you You preferably have some previous experience in guest service within fast food, restaurants, or cafes. As a person, you are engaged, social, positive, solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. All communication with us is in Swedish, so you need to be fluent in the language in both spoken and written form.
